CapabilitiesFeeley's Co. Inc.TM uses a high tech, environmentally friendly washing/drying technique to prepare parts for our 4 powder coating booths. Any masking/plugging is then performed to protect areas that are to remain unfinished. The powder is then baked in one of our 4 industrial ovens. Finally, any silk screening or assembly is performed before packaging and shipping.

Environmentally friendly washer removes grease and dirt.
A dryer removes the water from the parts.
The powdered paint is electro-statically charged and sprayed onto the part.
The part is then placed in an oven and the powder particles melt
and coalesce to form a continuous film.
