	Line #1 Production size 4' W x 8' H x 12' L
	Line #2 Production size 2' W x 3' H x 6' L Fully Automatic
	Line #3 Production size 3' W x 3' H x 5' L
	Batch Booth 10' H x 10' W x 10' L
	Batch Oven 10' H x 10' W x 10'L with powder or liquid capability

Facility: 20,000 sq. ft production floor plus 3,000 sq. ft storage facility.

Preparation:

	Inline 4 stage washer for part preparation (Production size 3' W x 5' H x 12' L)
	High pressure washing area for larger parts
	Sandblasting cabinet for small parts (2' W x 2' H x 3' L)
	Precision detailed masking

Powder: Powder coating since 1973 (Polyester, Epoxy, and Nylon). We have a great track record of changing products from liquid to powder with considerable savings for our customers. Powder allows for a wide variety of colors and textures.

Materials: Feeley's Co. Inc.^TM typically performs initial coating or refinishing of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, and galvanized metal. Now Coating Glass!

Quality Control:

	Color control: Held with Minolta citroma meter # Cr200
	Film thickness: Minitecton film gauge
	Gloss Control: Micro-gloss 60 degree
	Dielectric testing: Hypot kilovolts meter

About Powder Coating: Powder coating is the technique of applying dry paint to a part. The final cured coating is the same as a 2-pack wet paint.

The powdered paint is electro-statically charged and sprayed onto the part. The part is then placed in an oven and the powder particles melt and coalesce to form a continuous film.
